We’re growing quickly, expanding internationally, and building the next generation of cloud infrastructure for AI and data-intensive businesses. We’re looking for a hands-on People leader who has helped a company navigate a high-growth stage and can help us scale without losing the culture, connection, and momentum that make Backblaze special.

This person will help shape how we work as a remote-first company, from engagement and communication to manager development, retention, succession, and creating meaningful opportunities for people to connect across geographies and time zones.
