Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in an HR Business Partner role
- Experience in managing tech teams
- Strong business-oriented mindset
- Solid understanding of all HR processes
- High level of communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Well-developed emotional intelligence
- Ability to be an effective team player
- Experience and understanding of how to work with management
- English: Intermediate (B1) or higher
- Ukrainian/Russian: Proficient (С2)

Responsibilities:
- Provide end-to-end HR support for the tech teams, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of all core HR processes
- Participate in the development, implementation, and regular review of HR policies and procedures, adapting them to the needs of the tech teams
- Advise and support employees and managers throughout all HR processes, ensuring a consistent and high-quality employee experience
- Regularly monitor employee engagement and satisfaction, identify improvement areas, and implement initiatives to enhance the overall employee experience
- Serve as a trusted advisor to employees on HR and organizational matters, providing timely guidance and support
- Develop and implement initiatives aimed at strengthening the company culture and employer brand
- Identify the needs of the tech teams and implement targeted initiatives to improve team effectiveness and support their development
- Organize internal events designed to strengthen team collaboration, recognize achievements, and reinforce the company's culture and values
