Vacancy: HR Business Partner

Location: Limassol, Cyprus Format: Full-time, office

A product IT company developing high-load projects in the entertainment, gaming, and sports sectors is looking for an HR Business Partner to develop HR processes, support the business, and foster corporate culture.

Responsibilities: — Development and implementation of HR strategy in line with business goals — Consulting managers on employee management, development, motivation, and retention — Support for organizational changes and business transformations — Assessment of employee engagement and implementation of initiatives to improve it — Development of performance review, potential assessment, and employee training processes — Support for the entire employee lifecycle (EJM) — Recruitment planning and interaction with recruitment teams — Analysis of HR metrics: turnover, engagement, efficiency, and reasons for termination — Development of internal communications and corporate culture
