The mobile game development company ROCKSTONE is looking for an HRD.

ROCKSTONE has been developing mobile and social games since 2009. During this time, they have released 14 projects. Their flagship product is Kiss Me / "Bottle" with an audience of over 60 million players.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the HR team through goals, roles, and metrics
• Develop and implement the HR roadmap
• Recruit and develop the management team
• Implement performance management and HR analytics
• Systematically work on retention and personnel decisions

They are considering two levels:

• Experienced HRD — full scope of responsibility
• Strong HR Leader (potential to grow to HRD in 6–12 months) — self-management and team management, achieving results

Key Requirements:

• Management experience in HR (goal setting, delegation, control)
• Independent management of at least 2 areas (recruitment/onboarding or performance/development)
• Skills in diagnostics, prioritization, and reporting
• For HRD: from 3 years in the role of HRD/Head of People, team management of 3+ people, experience in companies of 50–200 employees.
