HR Business Partner / HR Generalist 📍 Cyprus (office) 🕒 Experience: 3–6 years 💼 Full-time

A product IT company (entertainment, games, sports) is looking for an HR Business Partner to help develop the business and corporate culture 🚀

Responsibilities: • Formation and implementation of HR strategy • Consulting managers on HR issues • Recruitment, development, motivation, and retention of employees • Support for transformations (restructuring, organizational changes) • Work with engagement (surveys, initiatives) • Development of performance review and 360 feedback • Organization of training and development • Full employee journey cycle (from pre-boarding to termination) • Work with HR metrics and analytics • Interaction with recruiting and participation in hiring key roles

Requirements: • HRBP / HR Generalist experience from 2 years • Strong communication skills • Experience in building HR processes • Proactivity and result orientation
