HR Business Partner
📍 Location: office — Cyprus / Kyiv / Yerevan
We are looking for an HR Business Partner who will act as a link between the business and the teams. This is an operational role, focusing on 'field' work, supporting leads, and developing employee support processes.
Areas of Responsibility: • Full employee support (Team Lead and below) throughout the entire Employee Life Cycle: onboarding, development, retention, offboarding • Building trusting relationships with leads and teams • Implementing HR standards and policies • Consulting managers on employee motivation and development • Participation in cross-functional HR projects and HR brand development • Auditing current employee support processes and identifying growth areas
Role Priorities: • First 3 months — immersion in the business context, building relationships with leads, auditing current processes • 6 months — stabilizing support processes, launching performance and motivation policies together with the HR team
Requirements: • HRBP experience from 3 years • Strong communication skills and ability to work with teams • Experience in building processes and working with HR metrics • Ability to balance the interests of the business and employees • English language from B2 (mandatory, part of the team is English-speaking) • Willingness to work in a high-risk industry (iGaming experience is not required)
