📍Limassol, office

We are looking for a Senior HR leader for a large IT/iGaming company with a multi-project structure and a rapidly changing business environment.

The company is undergoing a transformation of its HR function and is looking for someone who can help build a mature partnership between HR and the business, making processes more flexible, transparent, and convenient for teams and managers.

Main tasks:

✅ development of the HRBP approach; ✅ interaction with managers of various projects and directions; ✅ reduction of conflict between HR and business; ✅ adaptation of HR practices for different teams; ✅ development and transformation of the HR function; ✅ participation in people-related processes and HR initiatives; ✅ supporting managers in working with teams.

What is especially important:

We need a mature, calm, and self-reliant HRBP with a strong business mindset, who knows how to negotiate, build trust, and work in a fast-paced environment without excessive bureaucracy.

Expectations:

✅ experience in the role of Senior HRBP / HR Lead / Head of HR; ✅ experience in the IT / iGaming / digital environment; ✅ experience in fast-growing or multi-project structures; ✅ strong communication and stakeholder management skills; ✅ understanding of both HR Operations and HRBP / people partnership directions; ✅ experience in transforming the HR function will be a big plus.
