Vacancy: People Partner Location: Limassol, Cyprus Format: Full-time, office

A product IT company developing high-load B2B projects in the entertainment, gaming, and sports sectors is looking for a People Partner to join their team.

Responsibilities:

— Conducting onboarding, offboarding, and reviews — Supporting employees at all stages of adaptation — Consulting employees on HR issues, providing support and feedback — Building effective communication with employees of the assigned department — Interacting with the personnel department on HR matters — Collecting and providing information upon requests from the HR department

What we expect:

— Excellent communication skills and the ability to build trusting relationships — Stress resistance, flexibility, and the ability to multitask — English language proficiency at B2 level or higher — Willingness to quickly learn new processes and adapt to changes

Will be an advantage:

— Experience in a similar HR position — Understanding of Cypriot labor and migration legislation — Experience interacting with key stakeholders
