🏢 About the company
A young and rapidly growing product within a large iGaming holding is looking for an HRBP. The team is actively scaling, and the current focus is on building strong HR processes within the product: from onboarding to recruitment effectiveness analytics.
📋 Responsibilities
— Preparing and issuing offers, accompanying the candidate from the offer stage onwards — Communicating with hiring managers: monitoring deadlines, resolving issues that hinder the process — Organizing and controlling the onboarding of new employees — Maintaining and updating data in ATS/CRM — Interacting with the recruitment agency: providing feedback on candidate quality, coordinating open positions — Analyzing HR metrics (time-to-offer, retention in the first 90 days, onboarding conversion rates) and forming recommendations for management on process changes, not just reporting — Analyzing reasons for failing the probation period and systemic turnover, developing and implementing staff retention measures at the product level — Participating in product organizational structure planning with management — recommendations on team size, areas of responsibility during scaling — Consulting management on compensation and motivation issues based on market analytics and internal data — Participating in shaping the talent development and retention policy within the product — career tracks, growth criteria, working with key employees — Acting as a consultant for managers on management issues: team conflicts, difficult HR decisions, feedback
🎓 Requirements
— HR experience of 4+ years, iGaming experience of 2+ years — Experience in building HR processes from scratch — Experience working with ATS/CRM systems — Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets for metrics analysis — Good communication skills — regular interaction with hiring managers is expected — Structured thinking, independence, ability to handle a large volume of operational tasks
