We are an international iGaming holding and are currently looking for a strong HR Business Partner for one of our brands. This role is for those who love to build, not just maintain. Freedom of action: from launching onboarding and 360 evaluations to building a true partnership with the business. You will have a real opportunity to directly influence the corporate culture and brand effectiveness.

🔑 Tasks: build an HR function within the brand almost from scratch. You will develop and implement key processes (onboarding, offboarding, one-to-one, performance review, 360), work in PeopleForce, control HR document flow and financial HR statements. As well as build partnerships with Hiring Managers, analyze hiring needs, and advise the business on all HR matters.

➡️ Experience in Senior HR Business Partner / Senior HR Generalist / Team Lead HR positions. ➡️ Experience in independently launching and building HR processes (implementation, not just support). ➡️ Experience in developing HR metrics and a deep understanding of performance management. ➡️ Ability to build trusting relationships with the business and argue for your professional position. ➡️ High level of independence and proactivity. ➡️ English language is mandatory (international team).
