If you like to be not just an HR, but a real partner for the business, to independently manage all HR processes and influence the team's development — this role is for you. The area of responsibility includes about 150 employees and 1 Recruiter.

🎯 Who we are looking for: 🔸 2+ years of experience as an HR Generalist or HR Business Partner 🔸 Experience in independently managing the full HR cycle 🔸 Spoken English + Russian or Ukrainian — mandatory 🔸 Knowledge of labor legislation and modern HR practices 🔸 Ability to build trusting relationships with managers and employees 🔸 Independence, initiative, and a high level of responsibility 🔸 Experience in management or mentoring will be an advantage

🚀 What you will be doing: ✨ Fully support employees at all stages: from onboarding to offboarding ✨ Consult managers on HR issues and team development ✨ Resolve employee relations cases and maintain a healthy work atmosphere ✨ Launch and implement HR initiatives ✨ Analyze HR metrics and prepare reports ✨ Coordinate the Recruiter's work and assist with hiring priorities ✨ Develop a strong corporate culture together with leaders
