HR Business Partner

🎮 HR Business Partner (Cyprus / relocation to Cyprus) We are looking for an HR Business Partner for our partner – a game development studio that is expanding its team in Cyprus. Requirement: Russian-speaking candidate (Russian-speaking required)

Responsibilities: • Development and implementation of HR strategy • Partnership with C-level executives and department heads • Team planning for new projects • Consultation on recruitment, onboarding, development, and motivation • Participation in final interviews for key positions • Development of corporate culture and HR brand • Support for relocation to Cyprus • Implementation of modern HR practices and AI solutions

Requirements: • 3+ years of experience as HR BP / HR Lead / HR Generalist in IT or game development • Understanding of product team specifics (dev, art, game design) • English B2 level • Experience in building HR processes in a dynamic environment

Will be a plus: experience in game development companies, team scaling, participation in office launch.
