👔 HR Business Partner

📍 Limassol, Cyprus (office / hybrid)

We are looking for a strong HR BP for a game development studio – a person who will become a partner for the business and help build a mature, sustainable HR function for the studio in Cyprus.

✨ What you will be doing • Develop and implement HR strategy aligned with business and product goals • Scale teams for new projects • Consult managers on hiring, development, and retention • Participate in final interviews for key roles • Build grading systems, career paths, and motivation systems • Develop performance processes, feedback, and engagement • Handle complex cases (conflicts, dismissals) • Develop culture and improve HR processes (including AI tools) • Support relocation and HR operations

✨ What is important • 3+ years in the role of HR BP / HR Lead / HR Generalist (gamedev/ IT) • Experience in influencing business decisions and working in partnership with the business • Practice in building or transforming HR processes • Understanding of product team structure (development, art, game design) • English B2+

✨ Will be a plus • Experience in gamedev and interest in games • Grading systems, performance management, motivation systems • Work with engagement and retention • Use of AI in HR
