They want to build Employer Brand as a product: with research, hypotheses, measurable results, and continuous development, rather than as a set of disconnected communication activities. This role involves a high level of autonomy. To implement these, you will need:
- Experience in building an Employer Brand strategy and bringing it to implementation;
- Experience in building Employer Brand from scratch or radically transforming an existing system;
- Genuine interest in the company's product and a desire to deeply understand the business. It is important that you can see the product's value, share it, and turn it into a strong Employer Brand;
- Strong expertise in marketing, brand management, or corporate communications;
- Ability to prove the value of Employer Brand through business metrics, not just marketing indicators;
- Proficiency in modern marketing research and analytics tools;
- Experience in building internal ambassador programs and expert communities;
- Experience collaborating with universities, industry communities, and external partners;
- Skill in independently creating high-quality content and building a content system;
- Understanding of product marketing principles and product approach;

- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate (B2) level or higher;
- Experience working in international companies will be an advantage.
You will definitely succeed if:
- You build systems, not isolated projects;
- You think in terms of business impact, not the number of publications;
- You are equally comfortable with strategy and operational work;
- You make decisions based on research and data;
- You enjoy launching new things rather than maintaining existing ones;
- You can unite managers, experts, and teams around an idea;
- You are interested in technology, AI, and modern marketing approaches;
