deeplay — a product IT company. We create systems and solutions in the field of intellectual games.
We value people with ideas who are energized by non-standard tasks and professional challenges. Those who see opportunities and use them for growth and development. If this approach resonates with you, we will be happy to see you among our teammates.
We are currently looking for a Marketing Technology Manager who, at the intersection of infrastructure and automation, will transform our reverse engineering expertise into new products and revenue. This is a role about creating something new, with a high level of autonomy and full end-to-end responsibility for results.
With us, you can comfortably work from any corner of the world because we:
- Have set up technical equipment processes so you can count on our help in preparing equipment for work, wherever you are.
- Have built an interaction system — no endless chats in Telegram. We work through an online project management service and a corporate messenger with a configured channel map.
- Organize work processes considering time zones, time for regular team meetings is chosen to be as convenient as possible for everyone.
- Help maintain context and get to know colleagues from other departments — we regularly hold general informational and entertainment online events, as well as team-building activities with trips to Russian cities and abroad.
Responsibilities
- Understand and develop the hub's technological asset — expertise in reverse engineering — and find market applications for it.
- Research the market and clients, formulate product hypotheses, calculate unit economics, and prioritize initiatives.
- Launch and manage MVPs and pilots with clients: gather requirements, assign tasks to development, analyze metrics, and make decisions.
- Build and optimize digital funnels: launch acquisition channels, test growth hypotheses, increase conversions, and work on retention.
- Work at the intersection of business and development: translate business goals into product requirements, form and coordinate the backlog with the team.
- Prepare and conduct presentations of hypotheses and results for founders and key stakeholders, defend resources for products.
Requirements
- Experience in digital marketing / MarTech / performance / growth roles, preferably in products with complex technical components, for 6+ years.
- Personal entrepreneurial experience: launching own projects, startups, or business units where there was personal responsibility for risk, decisions, and results.
- Experience in generating and testing hypotheses: market research, launching MVPs and pilots, analyzing metrics, and making product decisions.
- Technical literacy: understanding how web/mobile products, SDKs, trackers, integrations, and APIs work.
- Experience working closely with developers: assigning tasks, understanding technology limitations, participating in solution design.
You will definitely succeed if:
- You have a product/growth mindset and the ability to view technology through the prism of business and economics.
- You are driven by high uncertainty, non-standard tasks, and the opportunity to build something new from scratch.
- You are ready for experiments, have high ownership, and are used to bringing chosen hypotheses to a proven result.
Conditions
- Flexible approach to format and place of work — choose any location on the map or one of the comfortable offices in Omsk, Novosibirsk, and Saint Petersburg.
- We regularly organize offline meetings for distributed teams to get to know teammates better.
- Minimum bureaucracy — we try to make all decisions promptly and during meetings.
- Flexible business processes that allow for easy adaptation to market changes and company needs.
- Corporate culture with shared values that set a unified direction and help make decisions at all levels.
Training and Development
- Competency assessment and development of an individual plan to enhance your skills.
