Marketing Manager (Part-time, MMORPG) at R2 Online: Kronus New Legacy. Remote.
ABOUT US: We are developing a hardcore MMORPG for those who miss classic online games with a high entry threshold, PvP, and a strong social component.
TASKS: • Attracting players and developing growth channels. • Launching and optimizing advertising campaigns. • Working with VK Ads, Telegram seeding, Yandex.Direct, and other acquisition channels. • Searching for and testing new traffic sources. • Forming and verifying marketing hypotheses. • Analyzing the effectiveness of advertising activities and the cost of acquiring players. • Searching for new opportunities for project audience growth. • Analytics and budget management. • Planning and allocating the marketing budget. • Maintaining analytics on acquisition channels. • Analyzing the cost of acquiring players, audience retention, and monetization. • Preparing regular reports on work results. • Proposing solutions based on the obtained data. • Participation in project development • Participating in regular discussions of marketing activities. • Suggesting ideas for attracting and retaining players. • Assisting in the preparation of advertising materials and marketing initiatives. • Participating in the planning and launch of advertising campaigns.
REQUIREMENTS: • We expect you to have a good understanding of the MMORPG and online gaming market. • Have practical experience in user acquisition or promoting gaming projects. • Able to independently launch and analyze advertising campaigns. • Understand key marketing metrics and be able to make data-driven decisions. • Proficient in Google Sheets or Excel. • Willing to independently seek new growth opportunities for the project and be responsible for the results. Will be a plus: • Experience promoting MMORPG, MMO, survival, or other gaming projects with a strong social component. • Experience with VK Ads, Telegram seeding, and Yandex.Direct. • Experience working with streamers and content creators. • Understanding of game economy, player retention, and monetization. • Experience working in small game development teams.
