User Acquisition Manager (Facebook)*

Rich Mind is a team of 100+ specialists, with 4+ years of experience scaling projects in traffic arbitrage with a focus on iGaming.

We are currently looking for a UA manager who is ready to test, scale, and influence the results.

Responsibilities:

• Launching and scaling Facebook* advertising campaigns
• Testing hypotheses, creatives, and ad combinations
• Analyzing metrics (CPA, LTV, ROI) and optimizing them
• Participating in planning and developing advertising strategy
• Collaborating with internal teams (analysts, designers, etc.)

Our expectations:

• At least 3 years of experience in a UA position
• At least 2 years of experience with Facebook*
• At least 1 year of experience in iGaming/Crypto is a plus
• Managing budgets from $300k/month
• Deep understanding of metrics and analytics

• Facebook is owned by Meta, which is recognized as an extremist organization and is banned in the Russian Federation.
