Who we are looking for
The marketing team currently includes a Head of Marketing, a Lead UA, and 6 specialists across various channels. We are looking for a UA Manager who will become a key player in developing the Social and PPC direction, helping to elevate these channels to a new level and test promising platforms.
About the company
OpenMyGame is a multi-product mobile game development company specializing in puzzle and word puzzle genres. We are in a phase of active scaling: in the spring of 2025, we raised $20 million in investment specifically for User Acquisition development. Our games are conquering markets worldwide, with a focus on US and Tier-1 countries.
What you will be doing
Developing existing channels:
- Managing and scaling campaigns in Facebook/Meta and Google Ads.
- Daily optimization: audiences, creatives, bids, placements.
- Managing six- to seven-figure budgets with a focus on efficiency and scale.
- Elevating the Social & PPC direction to a new level of performance.
Launching new platforms:
- Testing TikTok Ads, Snapchat, Twitter (X) Ads.
- Platform research: audiences, formats, purchasing specifics.
- Developing launch strategies from scratch, considering the specifics of each platform.
- Rapid iterations and decision-making on scaling or pivoting.
Analytics and research:
- Deep cohort analysis: LTV, retention, ROAS, CPI, traffic quality.
- Building custom dashboards and reports in Google Sheets.
- A/B testing creatives, audiences, strategies.
- Discovering insights through data exploration and competitive analysis.
Strategic thinking:
- Participating in the company's marketing strategy planning.
- Developing approaches for scaling across geographies and products.
- Collaborating with the creative team: hypotheses for formats, messaging, UGC (optional).
- Sharing insights with the team for cross-channel synergy.
Interaction:
- Horizontal communication with ASO, Product, BI, and Analytics teams.
- Synchronization with other UA specialists.
- Working with platform representatives for access to beta features and support.
Who we are looking for
Mandatory requirements:
- Over 3 years of experience in User Acquisition.
- Hands-on experience with Facebook/Meta Ads and Google Ads (UAC).
- Proficient in Google Sheets: VLOOKUP, pivot tables, chart building.
- Experience managing significant advertising budgets.
- English language proficiency for working with platforms and documentation.
Will be an advantage:
- Experience in mobile gaming (casual, puzzle genres).
- Experience launching campaigns on TikTok, Snapchat, or other social platforms.
- Knowledge of Appsflyer or other MMPs.
- Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Looker).
- Understanding of the creative process and creative testing.

How the work will proceed
This role is for someone who is equally strong in tactics (knows all the campaign setup nuances) and open to strategic thinking. You will receive tasks from the Lead UA or Head of Marketing but will have autonomy in decision-making.
90% of analytics will be done by you through Appsflyer, Metabase, Google Sheets, and Growthbook. For tasks requiring SQL or Python, the analytics team will be involved.
