Looking for a Growth Marketing Manager (GMM)

About us: We develop products within a gaming ecosystem targeting children and teenagers. Our audience is predominantly international: marketing is primarily focused on the USA/UK/EU/LATAM. We are currently restructuring our marketing using a "channel × product" matrix, and GMM is a new role in this structure: you will integrate PPC, Influence, SMM, SEO, and CRM into a unified system that works for the user of a specific product.

Metrics you will be responsible for:

• Product GMV/GP
• ROAS and incremental effect across channels in combination
• new buyers, repeat purchases, product retention
• pace and quality of hypothesis testing

Background we value:

• 3+ years in growth / performance / product marketing
• experience coordinating multiple channels simultaneously, rather than working in just one
• 2+ years of managing people or a cross-functional team
• product unit economics mindset: GMV/GP, ROAS, CAC, LTV, retention
• understanding of attribution and the difference between incremental vs gross, pull-forward
• ability to prioritize by impact × confidence × cost and manage a hypothesis backlog
• analytics: GA4, Metabase/SQL, PostHog or similar — ability to dive into data yourself
• skill in decomposing plans and setting measurable KPIs

Will be a plus: experience in gaming / marketplaces / digital goods, experience in a matrix structure "channel × product", international markets (US / EU / LATAM / APAC), experience launching an experimentation culture (hypothesis backlog, A/B, holdout)
