What you will be doing:
Working on shaping the IT employer brand image:
- Organizing company participation in events (nominating speakers and booth participation in IT conferences, meetups, hackathons, etc.);
- Managing the Lemana Tech Telegram channel (content creation, format work, channel development);
- Managing the company's corporate blog on Habr (preparing articles, launching content-specific special projects);
- Tech portal (content creation, working with the Personal Computer for feature development);
- Supporting speakers and authors in terms of presentations, interviews, and media publications;
- Working with candidate profiles for launching sourcing activities;
- Preparing materials and scripts for recruitment (vacancy descriptions, offer presentations, etc.);
- Branding presence platforms.
Working on the implementation of devrel and community streams:
- Supporting professional communities and competence centers (building communication systems, assisting in organizing events focused on community and competence center development);
- Increasing awareness of the tech brand within the company;
- Developing an employee motivation program (merch store);
- Conducting internal meetups, hackathons, and tech conferences;
- Company participation in Ekopsi and Habr research.
Our expectations:
- 3+ years of experience in devrel, tech PR, or employer brand;
- Understanding of the engineering audience;
- Knowledge of the tech companies market;
- Experience launching an IT brand in the external market;
- Experience organizing company participation in external conferences (HighLoad++, Mobius, HolyJS, Joker, etc.).
