Head of IT Brand Direction
United company Wildberries and Russ is an international technology company formed as a result of the merger of two market leaders — IT company Wildberries and outdoor advertising operator Russ.
What needs to be done
- Develop and implement external IT brand strategies for the company;
- Formulate the company's positioning for the IT audience: what is the technological expertise, scale, engineering challenges, and value for specialists;
- Plan and implement IT Brand activities: conferences, meetups, podcasts, professional discussions, hackathons, internal and external expert formats;
- Organize the company's participation in key IT conferences and industry events;
- Develop the company's own IT events, work with speakers;
- Develop technical content for a professional audience;
- Form and develop internal and external IT communities in key technological areas;
- Interact with IT leaders, HR, PR, marketing, event management, design, and other teams;
- Synchronize IT Brand activities with hiring, EVP, and employer brand tasks;
- Evaluate the effectiveness of activities.
What experience and knowledge are needed
- Have 6+ years in communications, employer branding, DevRel, IT Brand, tech marketing, or related areas;
- Have experience working with an IT audience;
- Have experience in a technology company, a bank with a strong IT function, e-com, big tech, telecom, fintech, cloud/infrastructure, cybersecurity, or a large digital product;
- Have experience building or developing an IT Brand / DevRel direction (will be a big advantage);
- Have experience working with IT conferences, technical blogs, professional communities, expert content, and speaker programs;
- Have experience interacting with C-1 / C-level executives and senior IT leaders.
