Senior HR BP

I have as many as 2 open vacancies for key positions in the HR team — Senior HR BP for a new project and Lead HR BP as a replacement for a wonderful reason.

We are growing rapidly, which is not easy, but very cool: many tasks related to scaling, growth, and transformation. Our HR practices are at a fairly high level, and we have a lot of room for freedom and the implementation of our own ideas. An HRBP with us is not a service or operational role, but simultaneously a partnership with the business and global HR and management projects.
