🔶Our Client: a popular cross-platform service for instant messaging and VoIP telephony.

🔶Requirements:

At least 3 years of experience as a team lead.
At least 8 years of experience in backend development.
At least 2 years of experience with the Go language.
Proven experience in developing large-scale systems using cloud services and NoSQL databases (such as GCP, AWS, Couchbase).
Experience with microservice architecture, Docker and container orchestration (e.g., Kubernetes), and CI/CD.
Experience with the Agile methodology. Ability to quickly understand complex systems and propose solutions.

🔶Responsibilities:

Lead, mentor, manage, and inspire a diverse, agile backend development team across different locations, while also engaging in direct programming.
Actively participate in the design, development, and support of backend systems and applications, analyzing business requirements to create scalable, high-performance, and testable solutions.
Collaborate closely with product managers, client application developers, scrum masters, and other stakeholders to deliver high-quality solutions.
Effectively manage and integrate the contributions of a full-stack web developer into the backend team's work.
50% Hands-on / 50% Management.
