Lead 1C Analyst / 1C Functional Architect

☑️ Responsibilities
- Participate in the accounting system import substitution project, including validation of design solutions, acceptance testing, launch into industrial operation, and further system development
- Conduct process analysis, gather and formalize requirements, identify functional gaps, assess their priority, complexity, and impact on system updates, propose alternative implementation options
- Prepare functional and technical specifications for the development of forms, programs, and reports, test completed modifications, and participate in their acceptance
- Interact with the vendor, contractor, users, and specialists from related departments, train users on system operation
☑️ Candidate Requirements
- Participation in at least 2 projects as a functional leader in one or more blocks, including management accounting, consolidation and holding accounting, treasury, budgeting
- Experience with 1C Holding Management, including in the areas of limit control, procurement, treasury, IFRS, consolidation
- Experience in business process analysis, requirement formulation, accounting process design, preparation of high-quality functional and technical documentation
- Experience in testing modifications and user training
- Knowledge of business process modeling notations
- Education, additional education, or practical experience in the financial and economic sphere
- Mandatory experience in designing one or more blocks of IFRS, treasury, budget control, management accounting as a block leader or functional architect
- Will be a plus: Certification in accounting and/or IFRS
