Responsibilities: Methodological Support: describe and update the methodology for budgeting (P&L budget, Cash Flow budget, Balance Sheet budget), treasury, and management accounting within 1C:ERP / 1C:UH. Design and Development: model business processes 'as is' and 'to be'. Design the architecture of budget models, budget items, cost centers, and rules for forming dependent transactions. Treasury: configure and develop liquidity management processes: payment calendar, cash expenditure request register, approval workflows, bank statements, acquiring. Requirement Gathering and Formalization: conduct interviews with process owners (CFO, Treasurer, Planning and Economics Department), record minutes, and translate business needs into 1C language. Tasking Development: write technical specifications (TS) for programmers, describe calculation algorithms, data mapping rules, and integration requirements (with banks, BI systems, Excel models). Testing and Commissioning: conduct functional testing of enhancements, train users, write user instructions and regulations, participate in financial period closing. Expert Support: act as a third-line support, investigate the causes of complex data errors, and form expert opinions on their resolution.
Our expectations: Mandatory experience with 1C:ERP and 1C:Management Holding (UH) configurations specifically for the Budgeting and Treasury modules. In-depth knowledge of accounting, management, and tax accounting methodologies. Understanding the relationship between operational, statutory, and budget accounting contours. Practical experience in designing budget models: configuring budget types, items, indicators, rules for obtaining actual data, and limits. Experience in configuring treasury processes: payment calendar, limit management, payment approval workflows, client-bank integration. Skills in business process analysis, ability to describe them in notations (BPMN, Visio) and model them in 1C. Proficient in 1C query language (metadata query language) for data analysis, self-checking, and writing reports without involving programmers. Experience in writing technical specifications, user instructions, and regulations. A 1C certification at the 'Specialist-Consultant' level for ERP/UH (in budgeting or treasury) will be a significant advantage.
