Java | Minsk + remote · English B1 Junior / Junior+ Java Developer

Location: Minsk. We consider only candidates from Minsk. Office, employment, introduction and onboarding — in Minsk; further work can be remote 💰 Salary: discussed depending on expectations and interview results 🗣 English: B1 level (basic conversational) is mandatory

🧰 Stack: Java, Spring Boot 4, Debezium (CDC), MySQL, CI/CD

🏗 About the project: Development for a major client in the construction industry. Real production and modern stack: Spring Boot 4, data change streaming via Debezium, MySQL, established CI/CD. An excellent start to gain practical experience on a serious project.

👥 About us: A young team from Minsk. We work in three areas: client projects (outsourcing/outstaffing), turnkey projects, and our own products, which we actively develop.

🧑‍💻 Who we are looking for:

• We also consider candidates without commercial experience ("no experience" ≠ "no skills")
• Mandatory: Java (OOP, collections)
• Git and understanding how to work with a repository in a team
• Will be a plus: SQL, Spring, Docker, multithreading
