🔥 An international iGaming holding with proprietary products is looking for a strong professional who can scale traffic, manage large budgets and deliver real results — not just processes. Important experience in the CIS market.

💼 Key responsibilities: → build and scale acquisition / growth strategies → manage budgets of $100k+ / month → work across channels: performance, affiliate, influencer, SEO → drive product growth and GGR → identify and test new growth opportunities

🎯 We are looking for: ✔ experience in iGaming (performance / acquisition) ✔ proven track record of scaling up to 1M+ GGR ✔ experience managing large budgets ✔ hands-on mindset (not just strategy, but execution) ✔ experience with CIS markets (RU / UZ — nice to have)
