QA Engineer

The Global QA Engineer will work closely with our Product and Engineering teams to ensure the quality and reliability of our platform. You will be responsible for designing, executing, and maintaining both manual and automated tests across web, mobile, and API layers. You’ll play a key role in identifying bugs, improving testing processes, and helping the team ship high-quality features faster.
What you’ll do
- Design, create, and execute manual and automated test cases for new and existing features
- Perform functional, regression, UI/UX, and exploratory testing across web and mobile platforms (iOS and Android)
- Conduct API testing and maintain Postman collections for automated and manual validation
- Investigate failed automated tests and perform manual verification when needed
- Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to clarify requirements and ensure test coverage
- Create, maintain, and prioritize test cases using tools such as TestRail or similar test management platforms
- Verify bug fixes and manage ticket verification through Jira
- Work closely within a cross-functional team to ensure product quality throughout the development lifecycle
- Support automation frameworks and improve testing velocity through better prioritization and test coverage
- Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and testing strategies
- Execute testing tasks assigned by QA leadership and engineering management
Who you are
- 4+ years of experience as a Manual QA Engineer or Software QA
- 3+ years of experience as an Automation QA Engineer
- Experience testing web and mobile applications, including iOS and Android platforms
