Responsibilities: • Managing the software development process from concept to implementation. • Forming and managing a team of developers, including recruitment, training, and employee development. • Developing and implementing modern development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, DevOps, etc.). • Utilizing cutting-edge technologies and tools, including artificial intelligence and machine learning, to enhance development efficiency. • Evaluating and optimizing development processes to improve quality and reduce timelines. • Collaborating with other company departments to ensure consistency and achieve common goals. • Participating in strategic planning and defining the company's technical strategy.

Requirements: Location outside of the Russian Federation • Higher education in Information Technology or related fields. • Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar position. • Deep knowledge of software development theory and practice. • Experience with modern development and project management methods. • Knowledge of artificial intelligence technologies and their application in development. • Excellent management and communication skills. • Ability to make decisions and take responsibility for the team's work results. Experience in fintech projects is desirable.
