We are looking for an experienced System Analyst to join our Payment Solutions Development team. You will work not only within the product team but also interact with clients, developers, and testers. The projects involve the Faster Payments System (SBP) payment gateway, QR code and biometric payments, and the ATM gateway.
Requirements
• 4–5+ years of experience as a System Analyst in a bank/fintech company • Experience with payment systems and integrations • Product development experience • Experience in gathering and analyzing requirements • Experience in designing future and documenting implemented solutions • Ability to transform BRD into FSD • Experience in assigning tasks to developers and testers • Experience conducting technical interviews and onboarding system analysts • Ability to reasonably choose the integration type for a specific task • Understanding of relational and non-relational database principles • Understanding of OLTP and OLAP differences and the ability to choose the appropriate database type for a task • Understanding of data protection principles and the ability to select a suitable protection method • Skills in analyzing and describing business processes • Experience interacting with client departments
Responsibilities
• Analyzing business processes in accordance with customer requirements • Transforming BRD into FSD • Designing and documenting solutions • Monitoring the implementation of requirements during the development phase • Assigning tasks to developers and testers • Communicating with client departments • Participating in the development of testing directions • Participating in the commissioning of ready-made solutions • Participating in the integration of solutions with processing systems • Interacting with development, testing, and other stakeholder teams
