Who We Are Looking For
We are seeking a Motion Designer for Mobile Game Creatives who specializes in creating dynamic and captivating video creatives for mobile game advertising. We value someone who understands the specifics of performance marketing, can work with game assets, and is ready to experiment with formats, ideas, and visual solutions.
Your Responsibilities
- Creation of video creatives for mobile game advertising (Playable Ads, UA videos, social ads);
- Animation of 2D/3D assets, UI elements, text, and effects;
- Video editing and post-production (rhythm, timing, transitions, VFX);
- Adaptation of creatives for various formats, platforms, and advertising network requirements;
- Close collaboration with game designers, marketers, and artists;
- Iterative refinement of creatives based on analytics and feedback.
What We Expect From You
- At least 1 year of commercial experience as a Motion Designer;
- Proficiency in After Effects, Photoshop, Blender, or similar 3D tools;
- Practical experience with AI tools and the ability to integrate them into the production pipeline;
- Ability to create animations from scratch: from idea and concept to final result;
- Collage and compositing skills;
- Excellent sense of dynamics, composition, rhythm, and timing;
- High level of visual taste, awareness, initiative, and creativity;
- Attention to detail, ability to work under tight deadlines, and meet deadlines.
