Job Title: PHP Developer

Since 2016, we have been developing and supporting a CRM system used by 2500 employees of our FinTech company. The company's headquarters are located in USA, California, Irvine. The development team is distributed globally, located in different countries and time zones.

The CRM stores and processes about 1 TB of data. An API has been implemented for interaction with the company's internal product infrastructure and external suppliers.

We are looking for a developer to join the team working on the company's partner CRM system, which attracts new clients. The team is responsible for client onboarding tools, communication with them, preliminary calculations, and document signing.

What we expect from a successful candidate:

• 5+ years of commercial PHP development experience;
• Knowledge of PHP 7+;
• Knowledge of one of the PHP frameworks (Yii2, Symfony, Laravel);
• Knowledge of Docker (Docker-compose);
• Experience with MySQL, Redis;
• Understanding of OOP, SOLID principles;
• Understanding of web application architecture;
• Ability to work in a team;
• Ability to understand other people's code;
• Understanding of DDD, CQRS;
• Conversational English at B1 level or higher;
• Location - Latin America / Pacific Time +/-1 hour.

Will be a plus:

• Experience integrating with other services via API;
• Knowledge of queue mechanisms (RabbitMQ, Redis);
• Use of static analysis (Psalm).

What you will be doing:

• Developing new and improving existing functionality of the internal CRM system;
• Designing and implementing complete functional modules of the system;
• Integrating with new external and internal systems, and improving existing integrations;
• Developing APIs for external systems and internal modules;
• Participating in the development of architecture and technical design of system elements;
• Code Review within the team;
• Working according to California office hours - 9:00-18:00 PT.
