Senior Backend Engineer (PHP/Symfony)

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing system specifications.
• Evaluating product code for compliance with specifications.
• Interacting with developers to design algorithms and flowcharts.
• Writing clean and efficient code based on specifications.
• Integrating software components and third-party programs.
• Verifying and deploying programs and systems.
• Troubleshooting, debugging, and updating existing software.
• Conducting root cause analysis of system problems.

Requirements:

• Experience in the IGaming industry is a plus.
• 5+ years of commercial experience developing applications in PHP (versions 7.4 → 8.x).
• Deep knowledge of Symfony (versions 5+) and understanding of SOLID, DDD, Clean Architecture principles.
• Strong Git skills (Git-Flow, pull requests, code reviews).
• Practical experience with REST API, gRPC.
• Experience with message brokers (Kafka / RabbitMQ).
• Proficient in SQL (MySQL/PostgreSQL).
• Practical experience with Redis and RabbitMQ.
• Experience with Docker and CI/CD pipelines.
