Hi!

We are the UXFeedback.ru team, a SaaS platform that helps major Russian companies hear their users. Yandex, Avito, Sportmaster, Aviasales are our clients, and they have integrated our SDK directly into their applications. Let's talk about this SDK. What is this task. We are developing an iOS SDK — a library that clients integrate into their applications. This is not typical product development: it is important here to think about the client-side integration, maintain a high standard of quality, and understand that your bug is a bug in our client's application.

We are now looking for someone to take over this direction on a part-time basis (~60 hours per month), with a view to full-time at the beginning of 2027 — if we are a good fit.

Responsibilities

• Support and expansion of iOS SDK functionality
• Optimization for high load operation
• Working with technical debt, refactoring
• Improving stability and quality
• Participation in the development of architectural solutions
• Building the delivery process
• Increasing the observability of the SDK's operation — what is happening with the user
• Occasionally — working with clients for prompt diagnostics and consultation

Requirements

What's important in technologies

• Swift, ObjC
• UIKit, SwiftUI — as a plus
• Practical experience with CoreData
• Swift Package Manager, XCFramework
• Experience developing SDKs or libraries — understanding client-side integration is important, a significant plus
• Unit tests (XCTest)
• Experience implementing functionality without external library dependencies
• Experience writing scripts for building libraries and generating documentation
• Experience building CI/CD for iOS (GitLab / GitHub Actions)
• Integration of a native library into Flutter / React Native — as a plus

Not an executor who needs every step explained. A person who sees the task, thinks about the consequences, and proposes a solution.

We have established processes and a working team — but we don't think everything is perfect. We want someone who is interested in improving them: be it CI, reviews, task definition, or something else. Not because they have to, but because they see how it can be better.

• Remote work format from anywhere in the world
