Senior Product Designer

We are looking for a Senior Product Designer to shape and evolve end-to-end customer experiences within the Loyalty product domain of our SuperApp ecosystem. Working in close partnership with Product Management, Engineering, User Research, and Analytics, you will design the mechanics and capabilities that turn loyalty into a meaningful driver of customer engagement, retention, and long-term business value.

• Design and optimize complex mobile user flows for loyalty mechanics, progression systems, and engagement loops across a multi-service ecosystem

• Identify growth opportunities, develop behavioral hypotheses, and validate them through structured design experiments

• Translate complex economic models and reward structures into clear, intuitive, and engaging interfaces that drive measurable changes in customer behavior

• Create intuitive, scalable, and visually polished user interfaces

• Ensure consistency across products and contribute to the evolution of design systems

• Work closely with Product, Engineering, Research, and Analytics teams

• Leverage product metrics and user insights to inform design decisions and continuously improve solutions

• 5+ years of experience in product design, particularly for high-scale, mobile-first consumer products

• Proven experience in growth-focused products, loyalty programs, or complex ecosystem/SuperApp environments

• Proficient in leveraging AI tools to streamline workflows, boost productivity, and automate routine design tasks

• Hands-on experience with AI-powered prototyping and rapid experimentation

• Strong background in designing complex, large-scale digital products

• Strong product thinking and the ability to drive business outcomes and influence product metrics

• Excellent visual and UI design skills, with a strong attention to detail

• Experience working with and contributing to large-scale design systems

Annual salary from 70 700 EUR gross
