Mayflower is looking for an experienced UI/UX Designer to join its Brand Marketing department in Limassol, Cyprus.
Responsibilities
- Design websites, landing pages, and digital marketing experiences from concept to developer handoff.
- Transform brand concepts and creative ideas into attractive, user-friendly interfaces.
- Create responsive designs for desktop and mobile devices.
- Develop information architecture, navigation, and user flows.
- Explore animations, interactions, and micro-interactions.
- Work with reusable UI components and design systems.
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and development teams to ensure high-quality implementation.
Requirements
- Strong portfolio showcasing professional web and digital interface design.
- Excellent visual design skills, including typography, composition, layout, and spacing.
- Solid understanding of UX principles, interaction design, and information architecture.
- Experience with responsive web design and design systems.
- Advanced Figma skills.
- Understanding of accessibility and modern web design principles.
- Ability to work independently and communicate design decisions effectively.
- Experience using AI tools in design workflows.
Nice to have:
- Motion design and animation experience.
- Knowledge of HTML/CSS.
- Familiarity with web analytics and A/B testing.
