Company:** Insaim
Location: Lisbon, Portugal
Employment Type: FULL_TIME
Hi, my name is Angelina! I'm looking for a UX/UI Designer to join our team, who will manage client projects and create interfaces — and wants to do it with the help of AI.
About the Studio
INSAIM is a UX/UI design and digital products studio. For 6 years, we've been creating smart and beautiful interfaces, mobile applications, and services. We love complex challenges and work with ambitious startups and large businesses. We are currently actively working in the global market and strengthening our team, with whom you can grow, change, and create products with real value.
What will you be doing?
- Independently manage client UX/UI projects from brief to final delivery.
- Work with existing design systems.
- Create prototypes, build interfaces from concept to final implementation.
- Develop UX: user scenarios, JTBD, CJM.
- Utilize AI tools in daily project work — to speed up routine tasks, test new approaches, and share findings with the team.
⭐️ Your Goal for the First Three Months with Us
Take on a client project and manage it from brief to delivery, integrating AI tools into at least one stage of the process (research, prototyping, or interface building) — so that it becomes part of your regular workflow, not a one-off experiment.
Who are we looking for?
Hard Skills (required):
- Experience in product design (studio, in-house, project-based employment).
- Understanding of the UX approach: ability to analyze, research, and create user-friendly experiences.
- Examples of real interfaces: links to products and Loom videos with project breakdowns.
- Experience with at least one of the major design systems (Ant Design, Material UI, Carbon, Untitled, Relume, etc.).
- Excellent command of Figma and interactive prototyping.
- Confident spoken English — we work with international clients.
- Willingness and interest in using AI tools in daily work — not as an experiment, but as part of the process; examples of how you already do this.
- You have an established design process that you are ready to demonstrate and adapt to the studio's best practices.
- Additionally, and it would be a plus – experience with vibe coding for yourself or clients.
Soft Skills (required):
- Proactive attitude, ability to propose ideas and take responsibility for new initiatives.
- Independence and time management skills.
- Openness and honesty in communication with the team and clients.
- Striving to do more than expected.
What we offer?
- Remote format, it's important to be available from 10:00 to 19:00 (MSK).
- Full-time: we have enough interesting tasks, so we are looking for someone fully engaged.
- Probationary period — 3 months, followed by a review of terms.
- International team: colleagues from Russia, Portugal, Georgia.
- Development: participation in internal and external training programs, creative sessions, workshops.
- Honest and open communication: we practice speaking and listening to each other.
- AI approach: we are implementing and experimenting with AI in our work — in design, text, and communication; if you are particularly interested in this topic — you can develop it further and share practices with the team.
- Strong team: you are not alone, there are people to consult with and learn from.
- Contract for services (GPH), self-employed status.
Bragging Rights about Us

- Open communication. Within the team, we regularly hold negotiation workshops and creative sessions, and designers gather for design mornings weekly.
- Focus on the global market. We already have successful projects, satisfied clients, and positive case studies. Our goal is to establish ourselves and scale, taking the studio to the next level.
- Creativity through facilitation. We dream of creating a process where ideas are born within the team through collaboration and group methodologies.
