Lead Designer

Cyprus | Office | Full-time**

We are looking for a Lead Designer who can simultaneously manage a design team and independently implement the company's key design tasks.

🔹 What you will do: • Manage the design department and organize the team's work • Distribute tasks considering the competencies and workload of designers • Set tasks, control deadlines and quality of results • Conduct design reviews and finalize quality control • Develop designers: provide feedback, mentor, and help them grow • Shape and develop the visual direction of the company and products • Launch new products: concept, identity, brand book, and visual guidelines • Independently handle key and complex design tasks • Create landing pages, web/UI design, advertising creatives, and graphic materials • Interact with Marketing, SMM, Product, Development, and other teams • Implement AI tools to optimize and accelerate design processes • Formulate and maintain design systems and unified visual standards

🔹 What is important: • 4+ years of experience in design • 1–2+ years of experience managing a design team • Experience as a Lead Designer or in a similar role • Strong hands-on level • Confident work in Figma • Experience creating brands and identity from scratch • Experience developing brand books • Strong Graphic Design + Web/UI Design • Experience designing landing pages and digital products • Good understanding of UX/UI, composition, typography, color, and visual hierarchy • Ability to manage team workload and effectively distribute tasks • Strong hard and soft skills • Experience with AI tools: Claude, Nano Banana, ChatGPT, Midjourney, Gemini, etc. • Independence, systematic approach, and high responsibility for results
