🚨 Head of Design (iGaming, Cyprus) 🚨 📍 Office (Cyprus, Limassol)
We are a major international iGaming brand, and we are looking for a strong Head of Design for our product team. We need a creative and systematic professional who can manage a team, build a visual direction, and maintain a high hands-on level.
Key Responsibilities: • Managing the design department: task distribution, prioritization, deadline and quality control, design reviews; • Shaping the company's visual direction: launching new products, developing concepts, identity, and brandbooks; • Independent execution of key and complex tasks (Web/UI, landing pages, creatives) and control of the full design production cycle; • Team development: mentorship, constructive feedback, and competence growth of employees; • Implementing AI tools and modern approaches to accelerate and optimize design processes; • Forming design systems, unified visual standards, and cross-functional interaction with marketing and product.
Job Requirements: • Design experience of 4+ years, including 1–2 years in team management (Lead/Head); • Strong hands-on level: confident command of Figma, deep understanding of UX/UI, typography, and composition; • Experience in creating brands and identities from scratch, developing brandbooks, and designing digital products; • AI-first approach: practical experience with Midjourney, ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, and other AI tools; • Ability to manage team workload, set priorities, and take responsibility for the final result; • Systemic thinking, independence, and strong communication skills. • Up-to-date portfolio.
