Requirements: Stack: Linux (RHEL, Ubuntu), Prometheus, Grafana, Jaeger, OpenTelemetry, ELK/EFK, VictoriaMetrics. Confident Linux skills (kernel, cgroups, network filters). Deep understanding of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, BGP) and traffic balancing. Experience with distributed tracing and microservice architecture monitoring tools. Understanding of log aggregation and analysis principles in high-load systems. Deploy and configure comprehensive monitoring based on Prometheus, Grafana, and Alertmanager. Implement RED (Rate, Errors, Duration) and USE (Utilization, Saturation, Errors) methodologies for deep analysis of system status. Organize centralized logging (ELK/EFK or VictoriaMetrics) in distributed systems. Configure distributed tracing (Jaeger / OpenTelemetry) for microservice monitoring and bottleneck identification. Control the network stack and security at the OS level (iptables/nftables, namespaces, cgroups). Citizenship: Russian Federation.
