Senior .Net Engineer (+Blazor) - Job Description
What you'll do
- Designing and implementing both backend (C#/.NET) and frontend (Blazor) solutions
- Working closely with business analysts and client-side technical teams to clarify requirements and refine solutions
- Defining modernization plans, justify architectural decisions, and contribute to team process improvements
- Taking ownership of tasks from requirements analysis to release, identify dependencies, and escalate roadblocks independently
- Evaluating technical risks, proposing mitigation strategies and document architectural decisions
Who you are / Requirements
- Hands-on expertise in backend development (C#/.NET) and frontend frameworks (Blazor)
- Strong experience with SQL (e.g., T-SQL, stored procedures)
- Proficient in Git and Git Flow practices
- Ability to independently drive tasks from analysis to deployment
- Experience as both a solo developer and a team lead in enterprise projects
- Thorough approach to code quality, testing, and documentation
Nice to have
- Experience with insurance/financial systems (credit insurance preferred)
- Understanding of system design and ability to create architectural documentation
- Experience migrating from monolithic to microservices architectures
- Familiarity with automated testing (unit, integration, E2E)
