🚀 Head of Development / CTO (AI Products, Telegram Mini Apps, Mobile Apps) Remote | Full-time | Global Product Company

We are an international AI-first product company creating AI Companion, GenAI, and Consumer AI products for the global market. We are developing a portfolio of products in the fields of AI, LLM, Telegram Mini Apps, Web Apps, Mobile Apps (iOS/Android), AI-generated content, and subscription-based platforms.

Our services are already used by tens of thousands of users, and the next goal is to scale to hundreds of thousands and millions.

We are currently looking for a Head of Development / CTO who can build and scale a development organization, manage multiple product teams, and accelerate the time-to-market for new products.

🤯 What you will do

▪️ Manage the development of several products simultaneously (Telegram Mini Apps, Web Apps, iOS, Android) ▪️ Build and develop teams: Backend Developers Frontend Developers Mobile Developers DevOps Engineers AI / LLM Engineers QA Engineers ▪️ Establish development processes: Agile / Scrum / Kanban Delivery Management Release Management Sprint Planning Technical Roadmap ▪️ Translate business tasks into technical solutions ▪️ Estimate timelines, risks, and resources ▪️ Make architectural decisions and control development quality ▪️ Work directly with Product Managers, Founders, and the business team ▪️ Increase the time-to-market for products

🖤 Who we are looking for

▪️ 5–10+ years of experience in Software Development ▪️ 3+ years of experience in the role of: CTO / Head of Development / Engineering Manager / Head of Engineering / Technical Director / Development Lead ▪️ Experience managing teams of 10+ people ▪️ Experience launching and scaling Web, Mobile, or SaaS products ▪️ Strong technical background
