Data Engineering Team Lead (remote, RF, from 250,000 – 350,000 ₽)

Company: LLC "ODSS" Project: Large Data Lake with complex data acceptance and processing. Greenfield project — no heavy legacy, can experiment. Format: fully remote (RF location) Employment: Labor Code of the Russian Federation

Stack: PostgreSQL, Python 3, Selenium, Dagster, DuckDB, GitLab, Telegram.

Responsibilities: — Lead a team of data engineers (code review, tasks, development) — Design data pipelines and infrastructure — Develop and maintain parsers (PDF, doc, docx, xls, xlsx) — Automate data processing and transformation — Configure pipeline monitoring and debugging

Key Requirements: ✅ Experience managing a team ✅ Deep Python (pandas, numpy, etc.) ✅ Parsing complex semi-structured documents ✅ Dagster (pipelines + orchestration) ✅ PostgreSQL, Git (review, merge strategies) ✅ English (reading documentation)

Bonus points: — experience with open data — long-term maintenance of parsers
