We invite a senior developer to join our team.
Responsibilities:
- Define and delegate technical tasks necessary for solving product challenges.
- Monitor the quality of solutions delivered by the team and accept merge requests into the main project branches.
- Build career paths and guide the professional development of the team.
- Be responsible for the team achieving performance KPIs.
- Be responsible for the architecture of technical solutions and managing technical debt.
- Be responsible for deploying backend services into production and ensuring their uninterrupted operation.
Technical Requirements for Candidate:
- Strong proficiency in Python and knowledge of its ecosystem: frameworks, pythonic approaches, and practices.
- Knowledge of RPC principles and successful experience in building distributed services using message brokers.
- Skills in independent development of service functionality based on assigned tasks.

Working Conditions:
- Flexible work format: on-site, remote, or hybrid, depending on agreements and your location. The position is also suitable for those living in Novosibirsk, Krasnoyarsk, Tomsk, Khabarovsk, and other locations with a +/-2 hour time difference from Irkutsk.
- Official employment and compliance with the Labor Code of the Russian Federation.
- 5/2 work schedule with an 8-hour workday.
