About the Role
We are looking for a versatile Senior Backend Developer in Python: queues, databases, workers, integrations, high load.
Responsibilities
- Development and support of backend services in Python.
- Work with queues/brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams, Celery.
- Work with databases: PostgreSQL (or other SQL), ClickHouse is a plus.
- Design and deployment of high-load systems.
- Independent technical solutions, code reviews, incident management.
- Focus areas: parser, admin panel with FB tools, VPN.
Requirements
- Commercial experience with Python for at least 3 years.
- Experience with queues/brokers and databases.
- Understanding of system design and diagnostics.
- Independence: ability to figure out an unfamiliar system.
- Link to code (GitHub/GitLab/personal project) is an advantage.
Will be a plus
- Experience with ClickHouse.
- Experience with AI tools in development (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex).
- Experience with code reviews and mentoring.
