Work Format: Remote, full-time, time zone ±3 hours from Moscow

Salary: from 200,000 to 300,000 RUB.

About the Company

Vesper Team is a full-cycle digital development team. We design and launch web services, corporate systems, and personal accounts — from idea to release and subsequent iterations. We work in three areas: corporate systems (portals, accounts, CRMs, internal products), web services and platforms for clients and partners, as well as support and development of existing systems.

We are looking for a Senior Backend Developer with Python — a versatile specialist: queues, databases, workers, integrations, load.

Stack

Python 3.x, Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams, Celery, PostgreSQL, ClickHouse

Responsibilities

• Development and support of backend services using Python;
• Working with queues/brokers: Kafka, RabbitMQ, Redis Streams, Celery;
• Working with databases: PostgreSQL (or other SQL);
• Designing and deploying systems under load;
• Independent technical decision-making, code reviews, incident management.

Must-have

• Commercial experience with Python for at least 3 years;
• Experience with queues/brokers and databases;
• Understanding how to design and diagnose systems;
• Independence and ability to understand unfamiliar systems;
• Link to code (GitHub/GitLab/personal project).

Will be a plus:

• Experience with ClickHouse;
• Experience with AI tools in development (Claude Code, Cursor, Codex);
• Experience with code reviews and mentoring.
