Responsibilities:
- design and validate architectural solutions;
- improve the performance of both Backend and client applications;
- build effective processes within the team;
- conduct code reviews;
- participate in product development and interact with the business;
- work with infrastructure and operations;
- work with related teams;
- ensure the high quality of work performed by the team.
What we expect from a future team member:
- at least 5 years of experience managing a Python development team (Python 3.5+);
- experience with modern frameworks (Django, FastAPI);
- experience in architecture design;
- basic frontend development experience (we use React and TypeScript);
- DevOps experience in operations, Kubernetes;
- understanding of the principles and processes of industrial software development;
- responsibility, independence, and a proactive stance, strategic thinking;
- ability to effectively communicate with various stakeholders.
