We are launching an ambitious federal-scale project and are looking for a Senior Python developer ready to take on technical leadership, design the architecture from scratch, and implement modern development standards (including the secure use of AI tools). What you will do: ☝️ Create a new information system from scratch. ☝️ Develop and support the existing system landscape. ☝️ Design an architecture that can withstand federal loads. ☝️ Mentor the team and form knowledge sharing standards. ☝️ Manage the technical part of projects: estimation, delegation, decision-making. What we expect from you: 🗳 5+ years in industrial Python development. 🗳 Expertise: Python 3.8+, Django 3+, FastAPI. 🗳 Understanding of algorithms and data structures (not just "know", but "apply"). 🗳 Fluent SQL and experience with PostgreSQL, Redis. 🗳 Experience setting up *nix environments. 🗳 Understanding of REST, HTTP principles.
