B2B Saas Company is looking for a Growth Marketing & Demand Manager to build and scale the company’s demand generation engine across global B2B markets. The role focuses on developing messaging, running growth experiments, generating qualified pipeline, and driving customer acquisition through data-driven marketing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities: 1/ Build and scale demand generation campaigns targeting high-value enterprise customers; 2/ Develop messaging, positioning, and customer research insights; 3/ Run growth experiments and optimize conversion across marketing channels; 4/ Create automated workflows and lead generation processes; 5/ Partner with sales and product teams to drive qualified opportunities and revenue growth.

Requirements:

• Strong expertise in messaging, positioning, and customer psychology;
• AI-native mindset with practical experience using AI tools in marketing workflows;
• Experience with automation platforms such as Make or N8N;
• Solid B2B marketing background across customer research, conversion, and demand generation;
• Ability to quickly learn complex topics related to sustainability, ESG, compliance, supply chains, or industrial markets.
