Responsibilities: — Building and developing an affiliate team: hiring, training, supervision — Managing a team of 3–4 affiliate managers — Increasing the number of foreign partners and scaling traffic — Monitoring service quality for webmasters and resolving disputes — Traffic analytics and performance optimization — Participation in industry conferences

Requirements: — 1–2 years of experience in Nutra — 2 years of experience as a Team Lead of Affiliates or Senior Affiliate Manager with mentoring experience — Team management experience with 3+ people — Experience with foreign markets: Europe, Latam, Asia, USA, UAE — Expertise in Facebook and SEO — English B2+, Russian/Ukrainian C1 — Willingness to travel to conferences
